Alesha Dixon
Here's an interview with former Mis-teeq member Alesh Dixon
the questions were by fans, and Alesha answered them, god what a fans!!
their questions suuuuuuucks, half of them were about NERD and Pharrell...WTF?
anyways here's some of 'decent' questions about her solo album.

Super G: Describe your new album in three words?
Alesha: Energetic, funky and different.

Danny, RWD: Is there a track on there that we have to look out for?
Alesha: Fired Up, which is the title track and a Johnny Douglas production.
It pays homage to the old skool days like James Brown; it’s got that funk vibe,
live instrumentation and when I perform that with a band, it sounds heavy.
It’s very energetic - a modern take on the olden days.

Moet: Is your album MC or singing based?
Alesha:
It’s not really MCing but more a progression. It’s a bit of a balance of both.
There’s more singing than there is rapping. Again, it’s just my progression as an artist
and elements of the old Alesha.

C.Fiddy: Do you see Mutya as competition cos you're releasing
a solo single about the same time?

Alesha: There are millions of female singers, artists and groups out there.
My advice to any artist is to say, respect other artists and make yourself your only competition,
I support the Mutya’s, the Dynamite’s and the Jamelia’s, because I wanna see others doing well.

I can't wait, she's my favorite Mis-Teeq,
i'm loving both of the tracks i heard so far "Lipstick" & "Superficial".
